Luminance can be accessed via your organization’s secure URL.
Permissions: You need a Luminance account and the sign-in method configured for your organization. Contact your Account Admin if you have not received access.
First-Time Login
If you are logging into Luminance for the first time:
Check your email for the Luminance invitation
Follow the activation instructions in the invitation
Set your Luminance password if your account uses a local username and password. If your organization uses SSO, follow its sign-in instructions instead
Open your organization’s Luminance URL and sign in using the relevant method below
Note: If the invitation or password-setting link has expired, contact your Account Admin. For a local account, an Account Admin can send a new password-setting link.
Sign In With a Username and Password
Navigate to your organization’s Luminance URL
Enter your registered username, for example, jane.doe
Enter your Luminance password
Click Sign In
Complete any additional verification requested during sign-in
Note: Your username may be different from your email address. For example, Jane Doe’s username could be jane.doe while her email address is [email protected]. If you are unsure which username to enter, check your invitation or ask your Account Admin.
Watch the video below for a demonstration of the steps covered above:
Sign In With SSO
Navigate to your organization’s Luminance URL
Choose the SSO sign-in option provided by your organization, or continue if you are redirected to your sign-in provider automatically
Sign in with your usual company credentials
Complete any additional verification requested by your organization’s sign-in provider
Once authenticated, you will be signed in to Luminance.
Watch the video below for a demonstration of the steps covered above:
Note: The available sign-in options and SSO screen depend on your organization’s configuration and provider, such as Okta, Microsoft or Google. Follow the sign-in instructions provided by your organization.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot sign in:
Check that you are using your organization’s Luminance URL
For a local account, confirm your username before requesting a password reset. If you have forgotten your Luminance password, contact your Account Admin
For SSO, contact your organization’s IT team or sign-in provider for help with your company credentials. A Luminance local-password reset does not reset your company SSO password
If you cannot complete additional verification, contact your Account Admin or IT team and explain whether the prompt appears in Luminance or your organization’s sign-in provider
If you can sign in but cannot access the expected Division or documents, ask your administrator to review your permissions
