Steps to contact Luminance Support
Open the Support widget in the bottom-right corner of Luminance (web, Word plug-in, or from the Support Center)
Type your question in natural language into the “Search for Help” field
Review the suggested answer or User Guide content
If the information provided resolves your issue, no further action is needed
If you still need help, follow the prompts within the widget to submit a ticket to the Luminance Support team
